Airo Service Launches Data Center and Server Room Cooling Services

MIAMI, Fla. — August 5, 2026

Airo Service has launched a dedicated commercial line for data center and mission-critical cooling, serving server rooms, IT and network closets, edge facilities and precision cooling equipment across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The offering covers dedicated server room air conditioning, redundant lead/lag configurations, temperature monitoring and alarms, condensate protection, and scheduled CRAC and CRAH preventive maintenance.

The gap it addresses

Most South Florida server rooms were never designed as server rooms. They began as storage closets or spare offices and accumulated equipment over time, cooled by a building system that shuts down at night and on weekends. Meanwhile rack densities keep climbing: industry figures put average rack density at roughly 27 kW in 2026, up from about 16 kW a year earlier, with AI deployments routinely landing at 50–70 kW.

“A closet with $400,000 of equipment in it deserves better than whatever the building system happens to deliver at 6pm on a Friday,” said Roman Shatokhin, Founder of Airo Service. “The work is not exotic. It is a correctly sized dedicated system, a backup path, a drain that cannot flood the rack, and an alarm that reaches a human.”

Defined scope

Airo Service has published the boundaries of the offering rather than leaving them vague. The company covers the air side and heat-rejection side — airflow and containment, DX precision cooling, condensers and dry coolers, ventilation, humidity control and supplemental cooling. It does not service coolant distribution units, cold-plate loops or immersion tanks, which remain the domain of specialist vendors.

The company is not positioning itself as a hyperscale mission-critical contractor. The target is the substantial market beneath that tier: enterprise server rooms, edge and micro facilities, supplemental and emergency cooling, planned maintenance agreements, and HVAC scopes on data center projects outside the critical white space.
