We had an excellent experience with Airo Service from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable air-conditioning company.From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and dependable. They arrived on time for our estimate as promised, took the time to answer all of our questions, and even went the extra mile to find the specific brand and system we were looking for.One of the things we appreciated most was that they handled the entire process for us, including communicating with our HOA and taking care of the permitting. It made what could have been a stressful process extremely easy.On installation day, the team arrived on time and did an excellent job. They also installed a charcoal and ultraviolet air purification system as well as an updated thermostat. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and they took extra care to protect our home and make sure everything was left clean with no mess.Before leaving, they gave us a complete explanation of how to operate our new system and thermostat, and they stayed until they were certain everything was working perfectly and that we were completely comfortable with the system.Airo Service is a small family business that clearly takes pride in its work and genuinely cares about its customers. They took the time to properly inspect and troubleshoot my HVAC system, explain the issues clearly, and address the root causes instead of simply trying to sell me unnecessary repairs.The system was thoroughly serviced and cleaned, the thermostat was replaced and upgraded, and everything was tested to make sure it was operating properly. We were looking to replace our 12 year old Carrier single stage AC system with a variable speed system. My wife wanted a more smooth than constant on/off cycling. It is especially important to have a competent contractor when installing a variable speed system. We requested quotes from several contractors for various manufacturers. Roman from Airo Systems impressed us with his knowledge and his presentation of Rheem systems. We chose to go with Airo Systems and follow Roman’s recommendation of a Rheem RD18 heat pump system. The installation went smoothly in one day. They put down carpeting to protect the floors and everything was neat and running that afternoon. Roman was there to supervise and test everything out. The system is running smoothly and Roman has been in constant touch as settings are being fine tuned. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and recommend Airo Systems especially for installation of variable speed systems.

Roman and his team were exceptional. Our AC unit broke down unexpectedly. He came in on a Sunday. Right away, we had another person who came in to look at the issue. We went with Roman because he was just... he came in on a Sunday. He walked us through the entire process. He offered financing, which was such a benefit for us. And he came and installed the new AC unit the very next day. The pricing was very competitive. He was so professional. He and his team... even when they would take off their shoes when they came in into our house without us even asking. Not only did they clean everything spotlessly, we were very happy with the product itself, with the warranty, with the units. I cannot even tell you how fantastic, professional, engaging, and just overall incredible experience. Specifically, as we have two elderly people in the home, it was very important for us and they were very happy. And since the new AC unit has been installed, the air is so much cleaner, and we're actually all breathing better. I wouldn't even think twice to recommending him for anybody and using him again.
