What a Scheduled Visit Covers
- Filters and airflow — replacement on interval, differential pressure check, verification that the unit is actually moving its rated air and not fighting a loaded filter bank.

- Fans, belts and bearings — condition, alignment, tension, lubrication where applicable, and vibration by feel and sound.
- Electrical — contactors, capacitors, connection torque and thermal check on the terminations that carry the load.

- Critical — quarterly mechanical plus annual deep service. Adds chemical coil cleaning, electrical thermal inspection and a documented failover test of redundant equipment. For rooms where an outage stops the business.

A Note on Equipment and Scope
We service the mechanical and refrigeration side of precision cooling — coils, filters, refrigerant circuits, chilled water coils and valves, condensers, drainage, airflow and controls verification. If your unit is under an active factory warranty or a manufacturer service agreement, or if the fault sits inside proprietary manufacturer controls, we will tell you that the right call is the factory rather than us. A CRAC (computer room air conditioner) is a direct-expansion unit with its own refrigerant circuit and compressor, rejecting heat to an outdoor condenser. A CRAH (computer room air handler) has no compressor — it passes chilled water from a central plant through a coil and modulates a valve to control capacity. CRACs are common in smaller rooms and edge sites; CRAHs dominate larger facilities that already have a chilled water plant.
