Why it matters to associations

For most buildings, the practical barrier to scheduling HVAC work is not price or availability but documentation. Associations commonly require a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured before a contractor can be admitted, and a vendor who cannot produce one quickly delays the job regardless of how good the quote was.
